Renovation is always a challenging experience. For many businesses, it is the most significant investment they make in their space, requiring expert design, planning and delivery.
Concept and design are two fundamental stages in the development of various
products, projects, or creative endeavours. They play a crucial role in shaping the
final outcome and ensuring its success. We begin this process with a brain storming
session to fully realise your requirements and address areas such as,
o How will the project improve your life?
o What are the objectives and goals of the project?
o What is the main feature of the project to be?
Our designers then turn conceptual ideas into tangible and functional form. Working
closely with you, often through multiple versions, they refine and improve the
designs and bridge the gap between the abstract conception and the practical
implementation.
Once we know what you’re looking for we can use that detail to produce a clear,
detailed and precise schedule of works & estimated costs. Our schedules are broken
down into easy to digest stages, each stage setting out exactly what tasks are to be
completed, any items that are excluded and any allocated budgets. Everything is
very transparent so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting.
Once you’re happy with everything, you are provide with a commencement date,
sign agreement forms, pay your booking deposit and you’re all set.
When the project is in flight, you’ll be kept in the loop with regular meetings to
discuss what’s going on, what’s coming up and any discissions on outcome you’ll
need to make in the near future. You’ll also receive a weekly invoice and a set of
project accounts showing any authorised additional works, any rebates, how much
you’ve paid to date and any outstanding amounts. This stops any nasty surprises!
On completion you get a familiarisation visit to show you where everything is and how
it works. We aim to answer any question you have there and then, but don’t worry if
you forget, we’re only ever a phone call away!
